Nourish yourself during this luxury micro-resort experience at Flat Mountain Farm, a newly renovated 28-acre rustic hideaway. Featured on platforms including Magnolia Network, Southern Living, National Geographic Traveller, and so many more, we feel incredibly grateful to be able to host you in this warm and intentionally created space.

With three separate cabin units (the Wren pictured left, the smallest of the three. The Peregrine pictured above, the largest of the three), there is plenty of room to spread out and unwind as well as gather in community. Each home holds its own kitchen, living areas, and outdoor entertainment porches.

The property is nestled quietly among the Blue Ridge Mountains, so you know there are myriad trails close by to extend yourself out into nature and explore the breathtaking views.

All mattresses are the same bed used by Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts with luxury Italian linens by Casa Rovea. Spa inspired amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion) by Lather.

Yoga will be offered minimum of 1x day, mostly 2x day depending on daily activities.
Morning yoga is typically more energetic, combining creative vinyasa practices, breathwork, and opportunities for reflective journaling.
Evening yoga will vary between slow flow, yin yoga, and yoga nidra practices
Chef Amanda will be preparing fresh & nourishing meals using seasonal ingredients locally sourced from her farm and other neighboring farms.
Dietary restrictions can be accommodated upon request and are treated with care.

Touch, taste, smell and learn about different herbs used to make healing teas with Chef Amanda. In this hands on workshop, explore your creativity to make your own custom tea blend to take with you when you leave!
Nourish your body with a 30min customized therapeutic massage. Cortney Ostrosky has been practicing massage therapy for 17 years and will cater to your body’s needs with deep tissue, Swedish massage, and more.
Relax yourself on her table with diffusing oils, candles, and lotions and allow your body to be fully cared for.
Hike TBD and based on weather, but group will offer an optional guided hike along the Blue Ridge’s beauty! All levels welcome.
