Wake up, grab a fresh cup of coffee and a bowl of fruit harvested straight from the hotel’s garden, and take a walk right down to the South Pacific Ocean to put your feet in the surf.

What’s Included:

Inside a rustic, open-air restaurant or lounge with wooden walls and ceiling, hanging wicker light fixtures, a white cushioned sofa with striped pillows, and several tables and chairs in the background, with an outdoor view of greenery and clear sky.

  • Classes will vary daily and sometimes be offered twice per day when the schedule permits.

  • Experience expertly crafted meals directly from the garden. We will have meals at our hotel/retreat space with the exception of ONE dinner out.

  • Lesson/session held in Pichilemu, which has been named “World Surf Capital”.

    It is a great place to learn and practice alongside professionals in a 90 minute surf adventure in the South Pacific waters. Board, rental, wetsuit and guidance included!

  • Take a walk through the grounds greenhouse and gardens where all of our fresh food is grow before heading to the kitchen with the head Chef!

    Cooking classes are tailored according to our individual group! The Chef will be in charge of guiding us with different techniques in areas so different from each other, such as the cocktail bar, to the preparation of complex dishes.

  • Visit the Punta de Lobos Foundation, learn about the conservation project of biodiversity and landscape, walk along the paths and learn about the ora and fauna of the place with one of our local guides.

  • Tour by the countryside of Pichilemu, place of rich landscapes and peasant culture, visiting Ciruelos town, the Rodeillo water mill and the Pañul area.

    You will be able to learn about the job with a clay craftswoman, touring Cahuil and the salt route.

  • You can choose between relaxation or a decontracting massage, to relieve tension. Different types of oils are used and vital energy points are stimulated, restoring the general balance of the organism.

  • All Meals (except one dinner) are included in this price and will be served directly from the center’s own gardens!

What’s Not Included:

Flights to and from Santiago, Chile

Transportation to and from Santiago to Hotel Alaia (3.5 drive / $70 each way with a full van, can help arrange) OR a hopper flight for $450 per person if the plane fills at 8 person capacity
