“I always dreamed of Bali, I mean, who doesn’t? To me, it always felt so far away and unobtainable, UNTIL, someone DM’d me, whom I had never met in person, and asked me to go on a yoga retreat with her to Bali. YES. All I needed was the invitation. And here is yours. Bali isn’t unobtainable - it’s available and its arms are always wide open for you. I learned that while I was there.

Your feet can leave Bali, but your heart never will….

Bali to me has become the Motherland of all things sacred - be it speech, movement, spirituality, religion, nature, stillness. It wraps its arms around you and shows you a soft, rhythmic way of life that inspires you, invigorates you, and warms your spirit to the core. I am so excited to go back to the Motherland and to lead you into it’s soft frequencies of healing.

What’s Included:

  • 7 nights | 8 day stay at Soulshine Retreat Center in Ubud, Bali. Price dependent on room choice.

    This luxury retreat center sits on a four acre property in the center of cascading rice fields, with three infinity pools, a top rated spa and many walking paths.

  • Price is inclusive of 3 nourishing meals per day with the exception of 2 lunches on days we will be out on excursions and cultural experiences.

  • We have been invited to spend time and dine with a local family in Ubud to learn about their traditions, experiences and ways of living and being in community.

  • You can’t go to Bali and not see the beaches! We will pack up and head out for the day as a group with packed lunches to enjoy the sunshine and views.

  • Bali is surrounded by religion and spirituality and we will put ourselves in the middle of some of the traditions and places that hold it all.

    Pictured to the left is a popular temple we will visit of holy springs believed to be created by the God Indra and said to have blessed water that can purify all those who bathe there.

  • Yoga daily to include a variety of styles (vinyasa, slow flow, yin), along with meditation, Breathwork, and more.

    Considered the closest to the Penthouse, relax in the most spacious and luxurious room with wide angle views of the rice fields. These rooms all have large terrazzo tubs, private balconies, record player, maxi bar, and a living area.
