Runner's Yoga

2018 Spring Kick Off of Runner's Yoga is here! Short group run (1.5 and 3 mile routes) followed by a 45 minute yoga flow in the park tailored for runners! 

This yoga flow will focus on runner's problem children like hips, hammies, and glutes, while testing your endurance and strength! This is an all levels practice and run, so all are welcome!

Donations accepted but not required!
